salaam

Suhur - This is the name of the meal taken by Muslims just before dawn when fasting. The Prophet Sallalahu aleihi wa advised Muslims to delay the Suhur until closer to the time of dawn. (a meal taken at night before the Fajr Salah (morning prayer) by a person intending to observe Saum (fast))
