Surat-al-Kawthar

Guest

إِنَّآ أَعۡطَيۡنَـٰكَ ٱلۡكَوۡثَرَ
فَصَلِّ لِرَبِّكَ وَٱنۡحَرۡ
إِنَّ شَانِئَكَ هُوَ ٱلۡأَبۡتَرُ

1. Verily, We have granted you Al-Kawthar.
2. Therefore, turn in prayer to your Lord and sacrifice.
3. For he who hates you, he will be cut off.

General Tafseer

Al-Kawthar is a river that Allah Jallajalaluhu

has promised to the Messenger of Allah Sallalahu aleihi wa

It has a smell of musk, it's color whiter than milk and it's taste sweeter than honey. There are containers (for drinking) that are as numerous as the stars in the sky, for the Ummah of the Messenger of Allah Sallalahu aleihi wa

to drink from on the Day of Judgement.
